Awas! Sakit Dada Petanda Serangan Jantung

Mengulas lanjut, Kol (B) Dr. Ali Rahman Mohd Ali memberitahu bahawa angina pektorsis merupakan sakit otot jantung disebabkan kekurangan oksigen. Walaubagaimanapun, ia lebih popular dengan gelaran sakit dada dikalangan orang ramai. Seimbas pandang ia tidak ubah seperti penyakit. Namun, tekan Dr. Rahman, angina pektoris sebenarnya merupakan symptom kepada penyakit jantung. “Angina pectoris adalah satu tanda yang menunjukkan ada iskimia ataupun kekurangan oksigen pada otot jantung. Ia berlaku apabila ada saluran darah ke otot jantung tersumbat ataupunmengalami pengecutan,” terang beliau.

Tambahnya, apabila angina pectoris muncul, pesakit dada nula mengalami sakit dada. Selain itu dadanya akan berasaberat dan mencengkam sehinggakan adakalanya dia sukar untuk bernafas.lazimnya ia dihadapi oleh kebanyakan lelaki dan wanita yang melepasi usia 40 tahun. Bagaimanapun, bagi wanita ia lebih cenderung terjadi di kalangan wanita menopaus. Menurut Dr. Rahman, antara golongan yang berisiko tinggi adalah mereka yang menghadapi masalahkegemukan, kencing manis, darah tinggi, perokok dan memiliki paras kolestrol da asid urik yang tinggi. Selain itu, individu yang mempunyai sejarah keluarga adadiserang masalah jantungturut berisiko tinggi.

“Bagi orang yang berisiko tinggi ini,pertama kali sakit dadadan dia rasasakit itu lain macam, pergilah buat pemeriksaan doctor. Bagi orang yang tidak berisiko un, dia juga masih bolehmengalaminya.Cuma, kemungkinannya adalah lebih rendah,” tokok Dr. Rahman. Ceritanya lagi, kanak-kanak juga tidak terkecuali dari serangannya. Hurai beliau lebih lanjut, angina pectoris boleh berlaku apabila saluran darahmenyempit disebabkan oleh mendakankolestrol pada dinding jantung yang dikenali sebagai arteriosclerosis. Antara factor yang boleh meningkatkan risiko terhadap ateriosklerosis ataupun sluran darah tersumbat ialah umur dan keturunan.

“Bagi oarng yang umurnya meningkat lebih daripada 40 tahun, risiko salurandarah tersumbat itu meningkat. Selain itu, lelaki lebih kerap mengalamisaluran darah sumbat berbanding wanita. Tetapi, bagi wanita yang putus haid, kekerapannya adalah sama dengan lelaki. Kalau ada ahli keluarga yang mengalami serangan jantung, risikonya untuk dia turutmengalami serangan jantung juga meningkat.ini semua adalah factor yang kita tidak boleh ubah,” hurai Dr. Rahman.

Tambahnya, penghidap diabetes lebih berisiko kerana kencing manis boleh menyebabkan fungsi saluran darahnya menjadi tidak normal. Pada masa yang sama, kemungkinan untuk peningkatan kolestrol pada individu terbabit juga ada selain cenderung untukmenghidap darah tinggi. Tegas beliau, dinding salur darah tinggi mudah menebal menyebabkan ia tidak begitu menampung tekanan. Selain itu, ia juga boleh merekah. Akibatnya berlaku mendakan  lemak padanya. Salur darah turuttersumbat apabila ada kolestrol dan platlet duduk di situ.

“Angina pectoris juga ada peningkatnya. Ada yang dating masa dia sedang buat aktiviti berat. Ada juga yang dating semasa aktiviti sederhana berat. Malah, ada yang dating semasa aktivitiringan atau waktu sedang berehat. Jadi ia berperingkat-peringkat. Tetepi bila, ia berlaku semasa melakukan aktiviti ringan atau berehat, ini kita panggil sebagai angina tidak stabil,” terang Dr. Rahman lebih lanjut. Bagi angina stabil,mendakan kolestrol pada dinding salur darah stabil dan berselaput walaupunsaluran darah itu tersumbat.

“Angina tidak stabil pula berlaku apabila mendakan itu tidak ada dindingatau dinding yang ada sudah pecah atau merekah. Jadi, kolestrol baru yang semuanya dating dan duduk di situ menyebabkan ia menjadi tersumbat dalam kadar yang cepat. Ia mungkin bolehmenutup semua atau hampir semua. Ini menyebabkan apabila dia jalan walau sedikit pundah mula rasa sakit,” beritahu beliau.jelasnya, angina tidak stabil bolehpergi ke peringkat ketiga iaitu serangan jantung apabila saluran darah tertutup sepenuhnya sekaligus hingga darah gagal mengalir ke otot jantung. Akibatnya dinding otot jantung mengalami kematian.

Mencegah adalah jauh lebih baik berbanding merawat. Lantaran itu, tegas Dr. Rahman, adalah pentingbagi setiapindividu bagi mengambil langkah pencegahan sebelum dia diserangangina pectoris. Untuk orang yang berisiko, dia perlu menjaga dan melakukan senaman. Manakala bagi yang sudah pun memiliki tanda-tanda salur darah menyempit, doctor akan memberikan ubat untuk mengembangkannya semula. Selain itu, ubat untuk mengurangkan kadar degupan jantung, kolestrol, gula dan darah tinggimungkin turut duberikan bergantung kepadapenyakit yang menyebabkannya.disamping itu, doctor jugaakan memberikan ubat untuk mencairkan darah agar ia tidak mudah beku.

“Kita juga boleh mengurangkan kekerapan serangan dengan mengawal factor risiko saluran darah tersumbat supaya pesakit boleh menjalaniaktiviti harian seperti biasa. Tetapi, salur darahnya masih lagi berisiko untuk tersumbat balik kemudian hari selagiia tidak kawal factor risikonya,” terang Dr. Rahman. Tambahnya, pembedahan untuk membuat lencongan pada salur darah yang tersumbat juga boleh dilakukan. Walau bagaimanapun, jika semua factor risiko tidak dapat dikawal, ia masih boleh tersumbat semula meskipun telah dilencongkan.
